1. At a glance

This website is a static portfolio. It has no user accounts, no comment function, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It sets no cookies. Web fonts are hosted on this site itself, so no data is transmitted to Google Fonts or any other third-party server when you visit.

2. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Diana Zillner — see the Imprint for full contact details.

3. Server log files

When you open this website, your browser automatically transmits information to the server hosting it. The hosting provider stores this in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address. This data is not merged with other sources and serves the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes the log data described above solely on my behalf under a Data Processing Agreement that incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). As Vercel is based in the United States, data may be transferred to a third country. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

4. Contact form and e-mail

The enquiry form on this website does not send anything to a server. When you submit it, your own e-mail program opens with the text pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing you type is stored on this website.

If you do contact me by e-mail or phone, the data you provide is stored by me in order to process your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I delete this data once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Links marked as external lead to third-party sites. Once you follow them, the privacy policy of that provider applies.
